He was in custody In my neck of the woods and no one could understand why CCERR had an issue with his care.. He was hot wired out of his shelter. Excuse was he didn't use it. His halter was imbedded in his face. YES I REMOVED IT. Shortly after, the obvious happened. He's gone. WOW!
